It's Amanda here again... It's a shame that I wasn't able to see your hotel room but your description of your own hotel was so good that it had the ability to create a picture in my head. I liked the colours you've used, it's so simple but it somehow looks outstanding. You didn't put the name of your hotel so what would you name it?

It's a shame that I didn't get to complete this activity which kinda puts me down... But I'm still trying to gather ideas for this hotel of mine, I take my work very serious so I hope I'm able to finish it on time...

Anyways, keep up the great work!
    Thank you,
    Amanda

    1. Kia Ora Amanda,

Thanks for leaving a thoughtful comment on Roseena's blog.
I was just on your blog page and I'm pleased to know that you found the time to complete the Salt and Pepper activity too. Remember, there is no time limit to completing these activities, you can go at your own pace.

However, i've noticed that you have been completing activities each day, which is great! Finding some time each day to work on your SLJ is really beneficial for your literacy development.

I am giving you two bonus points for leaving this thoughtful comment on Roseena's blog page. Keep up the great commenting!

      Thanks,

      Jordan

  3. Kia Ora Roseena,

Awesome job completing another SLJ activity!
I like that your hotel would be in Manukau, this way it is close enough to Papakura but also closer to the city. Which might attract more guests to your hotel. Just like Amanda said, even though you weren't able to draw a picture of your hotel, from your description we can paint a picture in our head of what your hotel would look like. I too would also like to know what you would name your hotel.

Remember, just because you haven't had the chance to complete the activity entirely, you can always come back to any activity you like and add more to it. You have until the end of the programme to complete the activities. So you have a lot of time to work with!
+ we will always be notified when you add more to your blog.

Looking forward to reading more of your blog posts!
    Thanks,

    Jordan
