That's awesome to here about your teacher Ben and the help he has given you. Don't count yourself short though you were the one who achieved better this year and made that jump with his help. I love how you've included a helpful section that explains what a role model is and a section of advise on how to become a role model. I think the 4th and 5th point in your advise is really cool and important.
I see a role model as someone that displays the characteristics that I'd like to have or that I think are really good to have. A role model leads by example, they can be a person who doesn't succeed a lot and maybe they aren't that confident but maybe I'd admire them for there ability to keep trying or be brave when they're not confident.
