Kia Ora Roseena,

Well done for completing this Summer Learning Journey activity, 'Wind Beneath My Wings'. Nice work, you'e shared with us heaps of information about the Tiger. Is there a specific species of Tiger that you like the most? I think Bengal Tigers are very cool animals. I never knew Tigers were actually stronger than Lions. You've taught me something new. If you had eyesight that was 6 times better than our human sight... what would you do with this power?

I really love the Google Slides you put together, you could get them printed and stuck on the walls of the classroom or your bedroom!

About Me

Malo e lelei my name is Roseena and I am a year 8 attending Edmund Hillary School. I’m full Tongan and I’m in a family of 8. During my spare time, I like to read or watch Harry Potter, it’s my favourite movie and I love everything about it. My hobbies are playing fun games with friends, eating and watching Netflix.

Academically, I’m an determined hard working student with many goals to achieve by the end of this year. My favourite subject is Maths and in this subject I’ve reached to sufficient levels. I always go through difficult challenges but I always had help, either from my parents, my teacher and my peers. In Reading, I need to reach higher than I can and understand the meanings in a text. For Writing, I need to think of my audience, write things that maybe my age group could understand and relate to. I should think of the people that’s gonna mark my work , use appreciate words, suitable terms and make my story as interesting as possible! Finally, for this year I want to be able to receive the Maths award.

Socially, I am an good person who likes to spend time with others at school and online. I interact with others by joking around because I like laughing a lot and having a great time is something I always want to have. I give help when needed and influence others to do the right thing no matter who’s looking or who you’re doing it for. One of my greatest inspirations are Millie Bobby Brown. She’s an beautiful young girl with so much potential that she still hasn’t reached.
