SLJ: Let It Rain



This is activity 3 from Day 5 Week3. I have to be honest I didn't actually know what acid rain effect looked like. But I had looked at some images and found some information that helped me to describe what the place would look like after a Acid Rain storm

    Kia Ora Roseena,

    Well done for completing another SLJ activity. I'll be honest with you, I didn't know what an acid rain storm looked like either! I guess that's a good thing because we haven't had to experience anything like that before. I really like your short story, you've described the land really well and have set quite a sorrow tone. I'm sad to hear when you walked outside you found dead birds lying on the ground with bugs and insects all around. What can we do to make sure a disaster like this doesn't happen?
